What is CredBuild?
CredBuild is a rent reporting assistance system that will allow you to build a credit history!
What is the monthly fee to enroll?
We offer a flat, competitive rate of $6 per person enrolled. Once you enrol you will automatically see that charge every month when you go to pay rent.
What if I don’t want Credbuild?
We’re sad to see you go but we understand every situation is different. Should you need to stop reporting you can opt out in account/rent reporting. If account/rent reporting is disabled for you, it means your reporting has not started yet or you already stopped reporting. In case your reporting has not started yet, you can opt out in advance by going to account/ask a question and submit credbuild opt out request.
How was in enrolled in Credbuild?
You are opted in when you sign the credbuild addendum as part of the lease agreement.
