How do I sign up in TenantPort?

You will receive an email invite from TenantPort directly that includes a link specific to your property. Click on the link and input your information. You can log into TenantPort directly from your property website under the Residents tab.If you haven't registered, you will need to click Create Free Account to validate your information and create your credentials.

Does my previous portal login information carry over?

No. TenantPort is a separate company so for your security, a new account will need to be created in order to log in.

Why do i get this message many times when logging in - Wrong email or password

Please register if this is your first time as the previous resident portal credentials will not work for Tenantport.

I recently changed my email, will that affect my login?

Yes. Please update your email with your on-site team. They will change it in the system so you can login with the correct email. 

Can I prepay my rent?

Yes, absolutely! When you log into your account and click Pay Now, the next page will show you an option to input a custom amount.

What happens to my Flex account?

Please connect your Flex account to TenantPort. In Flex, click the Settings Tab > Property Details > Update Property/ Rent Portal. Click Update Property or Update Rent Portal to relink your account

Can i share email address with my roommates?

At this time only one unit may be registered per email address and roommates cannot share the same email address.

At this time only one unit may be registered per email address

Unable to process the payment

If you are unable to make a payment due to the message above, you cannot make a payment using bank account due to past NSFs on your previous payments,but you can pay via cards/cashpay/cash/check scan. Tenantport cannot reset this so reach out to your property manager if you have any issues.
